About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact technology implementations for a fast-growing alternative investments software platform. This role sits at the intersection of Professional Services, client delivery, and technology, ensuring successful deployment of complex solutions for sophisticated private capital clients.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and on budget while driving client satisfaction and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional with B2B SaaS or FinTech experience to make a direct impact on a high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology implementations for private capital clients, from kick-off to go-live.

Collaborate with clients, internal teams (Sales, Presales, Product, Support), and external stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams, ensuring alignment and expectations are met.

Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Identify opportunities to optimize project processes, methodologies, and tools within the Professional Services team.

Support post-implementation adoption, ensuring clients realize full value from the solution.
Qualifications & Experience

5+ yearsโ experience managing complex technology implementations in B2B SaaS or FinTech environments.

Experience in Professional Services or Client Delivery roles, preferably in financial services or fund accounting software.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
