With a strong presence in the Middle East and beyond, we are looking to expand our client base and deepen relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors.

The Role

The Alternative Investment Sales VP will be a senior member of our client-facing team, responsible for driving business development and managing key investor relationships across the Middle East region. This is a strategic role requiring a combination of investment knowledge, consultative sales skills, and cultural fluency in the regional market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive capital raising for alternative investment products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on fund structures, investment strategy, and risk/return profiles.
  • Collaborate with the investment and product teams to provide market insights, client feedback, and tailor solutions.
  • Track pipeline, performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 8+ years in alternative investment sales or private markets client coverage.
  • Network: Established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients in the MENA region.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of alternative asset classes including private equity, credit, real estate, and fund structures.
  • Skills: Consultative selling, negotiation, client management, presentation, and capital raising.
  • Attributes: Strategic, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, culturally aware, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
