We are partnering with a leading global technology provider to appoint a Senior Enterprise Sales professional focused on Payroll solutions across the Canadian market. This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced seller with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS and HCM/payroll solutions.

The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business across large, complex organisations, leading full sales cycles and building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering revenue growth across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales of enterprise payroll solutions across Canada
  • Own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CHROs, HR and Finance leaders)
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting large enterprise clients
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, implementation, and leadership
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

Your Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, ideally within payroll, HCM, or SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals within enterprise organisations
  • Strong understanding of payroll and HR technology landscapes
  • Established network within Canadian enterprise organisations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven with a consultative and strategic sales approach
