What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise-level sales cycles with crypto-native, financial services, and institutional clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of crypto/DeFi solutions
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, trading desks, investment managers)
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders across the ecosystem
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain, or institutional fintech
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise or institutional clients
  • A strong, active network in the crypto / financial services ecosystem
  • Hunter mentality with a consultative approach — equally comfortable opening doors and building long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
