The Role
We are seeking a Sales & Relationship Manager to join our Netherlands team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a professional with a strong network and knowledge of alternative investment clients. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored fund administration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting institutional investors, fund managers, and asset owners in the Netherlands and wider European market.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch fund administration and alternative investment solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with operations, client services, and product teams to ensure high-quality client delivery.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting alternative investment clients.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5–10+ years in fund administration, alternative investments, or related financial services sales.
- Network: Existing relationships with fund managers, institutional investors, or alternative investment clients in the Netherlands and Europe.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of private equity, hedge funds, fund structures, and investor reporting requirements.
- Skills: Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Attributes: Results-driven, entrepreneurial, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
