Ten years in lending technology teaches you one thing quickly: banks don’t buy Loan Origination Systems – they commit to changing how they lend.

That means rethinking credit workflows, underwriting models, risk controls, and customer journeys – all at once. It’s complex, political, and rarely linear.

We’re looking for someone who understands that from experience.

This is a senior enterprise sales role for a proven software sales professional with a strong track record selling Loan Origination Systems (LOS), lending platforms, or credit technology into banks and financial institutions across the Nordic region.

You’ve spent time navigating:

  • Retail and commercial banks
  • Specialist lenders and consumer finance firms
  • Multi-stakeholder, multi-year transformation programmes

And you know how to build momentum long before a deal becomes formal.

THE ROLE

Joining a high-growth fintech business, you will take ownership of enterprise sales across Norway and the wider Nordic market. You’ll be selling a modern, cloud-native Loan Origination platform into institutions undergoing lending transformation, core modernisation, and digital credit evolution.

These are high-impact deals – often tied directly to a bank’s future lending capability.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Driving new business and strategic account growth across Nordic banks and lenders

• Leading complex enterprise sales cycles from early-stage engagement through to close

• Engaging with senior stakeholders across technology, lending, and risk (CIO, CTO, Head of Lending, Credit Risk, Operations)

• Building pipeline through targeted, insight-led engagement — not reactive RFP response

• Positioning the platform against incumbent LOS vendors, internal builds, and alternative solutions

• Contributing to regional go-to-market strategy based on client insight and market dynamics

• Representing the business across industry events, forums, and client engagements in the Nordics

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 8–12+ years enterprise software sales experience within financial services

• Strong track record selling Loan Origination Systems, lending platforms, or adjacent credit technology

• Deep understanding of lending workflows: origination, underwriting, decisioning, and servicing

• Experience selling SaaS / cloud-based platforms into regulated banking environments

• Proven ability to close complex, high-value, multi-year deals

• Credibility engaging with both technical and business stakeholders

• Existing network across Nordic banking, lending, or financial services ecosystem

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Experience selling into Scandinavian banks or financial institutions

• Exposure to digital lending transformation, embedded finance, or open banking

• Understanding of regulatory considerations across the Nordic region

• Familiarity with legacy LOS replacement or platform modernisation programmes

LOCATION

Norway or wider Scandinavia (flexible depending on experience and network)
