Salary: £120,000 – £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are partnering with a highly respected global financial technology firm to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager to support and grow key client accounts across the UK and wider European markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional with deep expertise in the financial markets and a strong network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.
The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for strengthening long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients
- Act as a senior point of contact, building trust with decision-makers and influencers
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services
- Maintain regular engagement through meetings, events, and client entertainment (including social engagements)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay close to market trends and client needs within financial markets
Your Profile
- 10 years’ experience in financial markets, with a strong focus on client relationship management
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts within banking clients
- Strong network across UK and/or European banking institutions
- Commercially minded, with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients regularly
