We are partnering with a leading financial technology provider to hire a Professional Services / Project Manager focused on buyside and private equity clients. You will be responsible for driving successful client outcomes, managing project delivery, and ensuring the smooth adoption of enterprise financial solutions. This role blends strategic client engagement with hands-on project management, providing exposure to high-value projects in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle implementation projects for buyside and private equity clients
• Serve as the primary client-facing project lead, managing expectations and delivering measurable outcomes
• Coordinate internal resources across product, technical, and client support teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with sales and professional services teams to support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and deployment planning
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and client-facing updates
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in professional services, ideally with buyside or private equity clients
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting, and investment operations
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Professional certifications like PMP or Prince2 are a plus
