An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead and scale a Fund Administration business in Singapore. The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior leader to drive the expansion of a best-in-class fund administration platform across Asia. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional business, building a high-performing team, and establishing the firm as a market leader across hedge funds, private equity, and alternative asset managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the strategic vision for the Fund Administration business across Singapore and the wider APAC region
• Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and profitability
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team across client services, operations, and sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers
• Drive new business origination while strengthening existing client relationships
• Position the firm as a market leader through industry engagement, events, and thought leadership
• Ensure best-in-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Your Profile

• Extensive experience within fund administration, with a strong leadership background
• Proven track record in a senior role (MD / Director level) within a global fund services provider
• Deep relationships across hedge funds, private markets, and alternative asset managers
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of the APAC market, ideally with experience in Singapore
