The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance will be a strategic partner in driving financial planning, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a seasoned finance leader comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to support fundraising, investor relations, and capital strategy.
• Implement scalable finance processes, systems, and controls to support rapid growth.
• Manage relationships with external partners including auditors, banks, and legal advisors.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team as the company scales.

The Candidate

• Experience: 10+ years in finance leadership roles within SaaS, technology, or fund accounting/financial services.
• Skills: Expertise in FP&A, accounting, compliance, treasury management, and SaaS metrics.
• Qualifications: CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred; strong technical and analytical skills.
• Attributes: Strategic thinker, decisive, collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
