Enterprise Sales. (ERP SaaS) DACH
We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software and a passion for helping financial institutions evolve through technology. This is a high-impact role selling advanced solutions that streamline complex front-to-back processes across trading, risk, and investment operations.
You’ll be working with C-level stakeholders across banks, asset managers, corporates, and financial service providers — guiding them through transformational technology decisions and delivering measurable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across the DACH region
- Building and managing relationships with senior decision-makers in finance, operations, and IT
- Translating complex technology capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Partnering closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams to align go-to-market execution
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience selling enterprise software (ERP, risk, finance, or workflow solutions) into large organisations
- Proven track record managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients
- Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
- Consultative, data-driven approach with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
- Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — ideally near a financial or commercial hub
