About the Role:
As our B2B Crypto Sales VP based in New York, you’ll be a key architect of our enterprise growth strategy. You will own the full sales lifecycle, leading a high-performing sales team and building relationships with top-tier financial institutions, exchanges, hedge funds, and other institutional clients. You’ll be shaping not just deals, but the way enterprise clients access and leverage crypto payments, custody, and trading solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Own and scale the B2B crypto sales strategy in North America, with a focus on New York-based enterprise clients.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team, mentoring reps to exceed quotas and drive strategic impact.

Develop relationships with C-level executives, institutional traders, treasury teams, and fintech partners.

Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Success to design tailored crypto solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Lead complex deal negotiations, structuring multi-million-dollar contracts while balancing risk and compliance considerations.

Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, webinars, and in thought leadership opportunities, establishing our brand as a trusted enterprise crypto partner.

Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services.

Deep understanding of B2B crypto, blockchain technology, digital assets, and institutional client workflows.
