The Role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across the energy, oil & gas, power, and commodities sectors.
- Act as a trusted partner — understanding client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Support renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and analytics teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and regional engagements.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or client success.
- Experience working with clients in energy, commodities, trading, or data/analytics solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, consultative mindset — able to identify opportunities and help clients succeed.
- Sales or commercial experience is a plus but not essential.
