Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Tech Sales Specialist to join our Tokyo team. This is a strategic sales role targeting corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the M&A landscape with a passion for technology solutions, driving adoption of our platform and services across the Japanese market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of our M&A technology solutions to enterprise clients, PE/VC firms, and institutional investors.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, dealmakers, and decision-makers.

  • Identify client pain points and tailor technology solutions that enhance deal origination, due diligence, and execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and guide product development.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs for the Tokyo market.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings in M&A and corporate finance technology.

  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related sectors.

  • Strong network within Japanese corporate, private equity, or investment banking communities.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.

  • Deep understanding of M&A processes, corporate finance, and deal structuring.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
