Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Tech Sales Specialist to join our Tokyo team. This is a strategic sales role targeting corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the M&A landscape with a passion for technology solutions, driving adoption of our platform and services across the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of our M&A technology solutions to enterprise clients, PE/VC firms, and institutional investors.

Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, dealmakers, and decision-makers.

Identify client pain points and tailor technology solutions that enhance deal origination, due diligence, and execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and guide product development.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs for the Tokyo market.

Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings in M&A and corporate finance technology.

Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related sectors.

Strong network within Japanese corporate, private equity, or investment banking communities.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.

Deep understanding of M&A processes, corporate finance, and deal structuring.
