We’re looking for a dynamic B2B Crypto Solutions Sales Specialist to lead our enterprise sales efforts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and deliver high-impact deals across financial services, fintech, and corporates.


The Role

As our Crypto Solutions Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region, with Singapore as your home base. You’ll need a mix of sales acumen, regulatory awareness, and crypto expertise to win trust with senior stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complex B2B sales cycles, loves opening new markets, and is excited by the chance to help enterprises embrace blockchain and digital assets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles: Drive the full process from prospecting through to signed agreements.

  • Educate & Consult: Translate crypto/blockchain solutions into clear business value for CFOs, CTOs, and senior executives.

  • Market Development: Build and grow a strong presence in Singapore and the wider APAC region, identifying high-potential clients and partnerships.

  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay up to date with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) crypto regulations and global standards, helping clients feel confident in adoption.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and hitting revenue targets.

  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with fintechs, exchanges, custodians, and institutional players in Singapore’s ecosystem.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

  • Event Representation: Represent the company at regional fintech and crypto conferences, panels, and networking events.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or blockchain/crypto.

  • Solid understanding of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or enterprise fintech solutions.

  • Proven ability to sell to C-level executives and manage long, consultative sales cycles.

  • Experience building a presence in new or fast-moving markets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Based in Singapore, with ability to travel regionally when needed.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in crypto custody, tokenization, payments, or trading solutions.

  • Established network in Singapore’s crypto/fintech ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with compliance, AML/KYC, and risk frameworks.

  • Mandarin or other Asian language skills (bonus for regional client engagement).
