We’re seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager in London to build, nurture, and expand relationships with some of the most sophisticated clients in the private markets space.


The Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll serve as the trusted advisor for our private markets clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform and services. You’ll combine deep relationship-building skills with strategic account planning, guiding clients through adoption, integration, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of private markets, thrives on problem-solving, and knows how to turn clients into long-term partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Success & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in private markets, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing adoption.

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop account plans to identify expansion opportunities, upsells, and long-term value creation.

  • Trusted Advisor Role: Provide consultative guidance to C-level executives, fund managers, and operational leaders on how our saas offerings can enhance efficiency, transparency, and returns.

  • Onboarding & Integration: Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless integration into existing private market workflows.

  • Cross-Sell & Expansion: Identify opportunities to introduce new solutions and services, working closely with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs internally, providing structured feedback to product, compliance, and leadership teams.

  • Thought Leadership: Attend and represent the company at London private markets and fintech events, positioning yourself and the company as industry leaders.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, relationship management, or client success.

  • Strong understanding of private markets (PE, VC, family offices, or asset management).

  • Experience managing C-level stakeholders and long-term strategic relationships.

  • Ability to balance commercial goals with client satisfaction, driving both retention and growth.

  • Familiarity with fintech or finance solutions is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Based in London, with ability to attend client meetings and industry events.


Nice to Have

  • Background in private markets technology, fund administration, or investment platforms.

  • Network within London’s private equity, VC, or institutional investment community.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (FCA, AML, KYC) in the private markets context.
