The Role

As our B2B Crypto Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our enterprise sales efforts in London. You’ll engage with banks, fintechs, asset managers, and corporates to introduce our platform, demonstrate value, and structure solutions that fit their needs.

This role is perfect for someone who loves complex B2B sales cycles, enjoys networking in London’s fintech/crypto ecosystem, and has the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise Sales: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing—for enterprise clients across financial services and fintech.

  • Educate and Consult: Explain complex crypto and blockchain solutions in clear, business-focused terms that resonate with C-level decision-makers.

  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay on top of FCA and global crypto regulations, addressing client concerns and ensuring solutions meet compliance requirements.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, reporting on progress and forecasting revenue accurately.

  • Relationship Building: Establish credibility and trust with clients, partners, and influencers across the London financial ecosystem.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align client feedback with product development and GTM strategies.

  • Networking: Represent the company at London fintech/crypto events, panels, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales (5+ years), ideally within fintech, SaaS, or crypto/blockchain.

  • Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or financial technology.

  • Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating long, complex sales cycles.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-starter attitude with resilience and drive to hit ambitious targets.

  • Based in London, with the ability to attend client meetings and industry events.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with institutional crypto solutions, custody, tokenization, or payments.

  • Existing network in London’s fintech/crypto/financial services ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with compliance, AML/KYC, and risk frameworks.
