# Solutions Engineer – Digital Assets & Crypto

As growth continues, they are seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between technology and commercial teams, supporting clients throughout the pre-sales and implementation lifecycle.

## The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role working at the intersection of blockchain technology, client engagement and solution design.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to help prospective clients understand how the platform can solve complex business and technical challenges.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers in a fast-moving environment.

## Responsibilities

* Partner with Sales teams throughout the pre-sales process
* Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients
* Design and present tailored solutions to customers across digital assets and financial services
* Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and technical presentations
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients evaluating blockchain and digital asset infrastructure
* Support proof-of-concepts, integrations and technical evaluations
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements
* Assist with RFPs, technical documentation and solution proposals
* Stay current on blockchain technologies, market developments and regulatory trends

## Requirements

* Experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant role
* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets and crypto infrastructure
* Experience supporting enterprise software or fintech sales processes
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working with APIs, cloud technologies and systems integrations
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent presentation and communication abilities

## Preferred Experience

* Experience within crypto, digital assets, fintech, trading technology, payments or financial services
* Knowledge of custody, wallets, staking, tokenisation, payments, stablecoins or institutional digital asset workflows
* Familiarity with blockchain networks such as Ethereum and other major ecosystems
* Exposure to REST APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise software integrations
* Experience working with financial institutions, exchanges, fintechs or digital asset providers
