There are no upfront costs. You only pay iopa Solutions when a candidate is successfully placed and starts in the role. This means our interests are fully aligned with yours from the outset , we only succeed when you do.

How long does a typical senior FinTech search take?

It depends on the seniority and specificity of the role, but most searches produce a quality shortlist within two to four weeks. We are not a volume recruiter, so we do not send CVs the moment they come in. We take the time to identify the right candidates, brief them properly, and present you with a shortlist worth your time.
