We are hiring a Product Manager to join a highly respected, fast-scaling capital markets technology organisation building mission-critical platforms used by global investment banks, hedge funds, and financial institutions.

This is a confidential search for a leading firm operating at the intersection of trading, risk management, and treasury systems.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a core product area within a sophisticated financial technology suite, helping shape the roadmap for solutions used in front-to-back office investment banking environments.

You’ll work closely with engineering, client-facing teams, and quantitative specialists to deliver robust, scalable, and regulatory-compliant product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for a complex enterprise platform
Translate client and market requirements into clear product specifications
Work closely with engineering teams on delivery of high-quality releases
Engage with institutional clients to understand evolving capital markets needs
Prioritise enhancements across risk, pricing, analytics, and trade lifecycle workflows
Support regulatory-driven and business-driven product evolution
Drive alignment across stakeholders in global teams

What We’re Looking For
7+ years experience in Product Management (financial services / fintech preferred)
Strong understanding of capital markets, trading systems, or risk platforms
Exposure to enterprise-scale software (complex, multi-module systems)
Ability to work with technical teams and quantify product requirements
Experience engaging with institutional or banking clients
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Highly Desirable
Background in investment banking technology or vendor platforms
Familiarity with trade lifecycle, derivatives, or risk analytics systems
Experience in regulated environments (MiFID II, Basel, Dodd-Frank, etc.)
Previous work in enterprise financial software vendors
