As demand continues to increase, they are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join their New York team and drive commercial growth across the US market.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a business operating at the forefront of digital assets.
You will work directly with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, fintechs, trading firms, and other institutional market participants, helping them leverage innovative digital asset solutions.
The ideal candidate understands both relationship-driven sales and the evolving crypto ecosystem. You are commercially minded, highly motivated, and excited by the opportunity to build in one of the fastest-moving sectors in financial technology.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute new business opportunities across the institutional digital assets market
* Build relationships with key decision-makers including portfolio managers, traders, CFOs, treasury teams, and fintech leaders
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Deliver consultative product presentations and commercial proposals
* Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
* Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, regulations, and competitive dynamics
* Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry forums
* Consistently exceed revenue and commercial targets
Requirements
* Proven experience (5 years+) in B2B sales within crypto, digital assets, fintech, capital markets, trading technology, or financial services
* Strong understanding of the digital assets ecosystem
* Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities
* Experience engaging senior stakeholders and institutional clients
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for blockchain technology and the future of financial markets
Desirable Experience
* Experience selling crypto infrastructure, custody, trading, settlement, tokenization, payments, compliance, market data, or institutional investment solutions
* Existing network across digital assets, hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, fintechs, or trading firms
* Knowledge of institutional digital asset workflows and market structure
